I have been contacting customer service not responding. Very worst service I have faced.

I absolutely love the products, but the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered 2 items but received only 1, yet was still charged for both. I tried contacting support, but their support email doesn't even work — it just bounces back.
I even requested help from the Indian support team, hoping for a better response, but it's been complete silence from them too. How can a brand with such great products have such careless and unresponsive customer service?
Honestly, the US franchise feels like a scam. No accountability, no proper communication, and no resolution. Very, very bad experience. I expected better.
