At THE TRIBE CONCEPTS, we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, our shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. The time it takes for you to receive your order depends on both our processing time and the carrier's delivery schedule. We cannot promise a specific shipping or delivery date.  

Shipping Information:

• No Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses: All orders must be sent to a valid street address.  
• Shipping Charges: Calculated based on the shipping option selected at checkout.  
• Shipping Days: Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day.  

USA Shipping Details:

• Shipping Origin: Orders are shipped within the United States to all 50 states.  
• Shipping Costs:
  • Orders under $99: Ground - $6.99 USD (Domestic Expedited Delivery: 3–4 business days) or Express - $12.99 USD (Domestic Expedited Delivery: 5–7 business days).
  • Orders $99 and above: Free (Domestic Expedited Delivery: 3–7 business days).
    

Holiday Order Processing Notice:

Please be aware that all orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
